History.
Conserve della nonna started in 1973 in Ravarino, in the province of Modena, in the heart of Emilia, a traditionally agricultural area, a territory that is rich in values linked to the soil, its products and the hard work of those who have been sowing, watering, picking and preparing the crops for decades.
In the 1980s, the company started producing sauces which form the main basis to prepare almost all condiments for Italian cooking.
Not just any sauces, but products which, through their quality, and the care and choices made in raw materials meet the needs of a market which is more and more concerned to have tasty food which is also healthy and genuine.

Conserve della nonna continues today, with same philosophy as when it was founded, to offer production which is more and more varied, tasty and of high quality, divided into 3 ranges to satisfy different needs and lifestyles: Homemade like, Organic and Chef's Taste.
'Homemade like' is the range for all the family which follows traditional methods at all stages of the production process to offer products with the same full flavour and consistency as good things made at home.
The 'Organic' range guarantees more demanding consumers the best Italian food traditions together with the best ingredients from certified organic farms. Production follows the fruit and vegetable seasons. Preservatives and colourings are prohibited - in line with the strictest standards in this field.
Lastly the 'Chef's Taste' range: perfectly balanced recipes, top quality ingredients and unusual combinations guaranteed to tickle the taste buds.
