Sweet breakfast rolls - Farina, lievito e fantasia

Ingredients
250 g flour type 00 12 g brewers' yeast 50 g sugar 1 c milk 1/2 c oil pinch of salt
high fruit content apricot jam Le conserve della nonna
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients with the help of a planetary blender, if possible.
The dough will be very soft.
Let rise for 2 hours in a warm place. Divide the dough into 8 pieces, brush with milk and sprinkle with cane or brown sugar.
Arrange the rolls in a mold lined with oven paper. Let rise for another 30/40 minutes, then bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 15 minutes.
Cool the rolls on a wire grid for cakes.
